Regeneration Manager

Regeneration project manager, housing estates and mixed use schemes.

Your new company
Based in East London this public-sector organisation is involved in one of the biggest regeneration projects within the East London area.
The East London area is currently going through a major redevelopment and regeneration process and this organisation in partnership with the private sector, are looking to become one of the leaders in delivering projects which make a real difference.

Your new role
As the successful candidate/s it will be your responsibility to deliver the projects on time and on budget. The job will involve liaising with external and internal stakeholders, contractors and private sector development companies as well as other associated bodies.
You will review tenders, contracts, design briefs and also deal with the Town Planning departments to help manage planning applications that are linked with the projects.
Majority of the projects are large scale housing estate regeneration programmes. There are also a number of mixed use and new build housing projects as part of the overall regeneration vision.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate your experience in dealing with multiple work streams, working with multi-million-pound budgets and delivering large scale regeneration projects.
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however if you have the required "work" experience your application will still be considered.
It is essential that you have operational management skills as you will be managing teams within the organisation in addition to external contractors and developers.
