Senior Surveyor – Asset Management
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus and Benefits
One of the leading consultancies in the country is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their market leading receivership team. One of three department’s selected for an ultra-growth strategy, the team is set for rapid expansion over the next three years. The successful candidate will be instrumental in this growth, performing the full breadth of asset management duties across all asset classes. The second a property lands in receivership, it becomes the team’s asset to manage however they see fit.
The salient responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide the full scope of asset management services to a broad range of clientele, for example:
- Management of all lease events
- Drafting and implementing asset management initiatives
- Management of capital expenditure projects from inception to completion
- Investment exposure, disposing of assets following successful repositioning
- Assist the senior members of the team with business development, securing and retaining clients as the department continues to grow
- Liaising with all relevant parties, including clients, third parties, and the relevant in-house departments
The key requirements of the role:
- RICS qualified, with a minimum of one year’s post qualified experience
- Whilst the client is very flexible with regards to background, knowledge of receivership is always preferable
- Personality fit is key. The client is looking for a particularly resilient individual, capable of working with distressed assets, who can really see the value in what the restructuring team do
- Excellent analytical and IT skills, cash flow analyses, PowerPoint, Word, Project, etc.
