Associate Director – Technical, Residential, London – Basic Salary £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

As Associate Director of Technical you will take the lead on all technical matters from inception through to completion. You will be heavily involved in customer care, quality control, cost management and compliance. As a member of the senior leadership team you will implement policies and procedures, set project milestones and manage the technical budget. 

The Associate Director of Technical will report directly into the Managing Director and will lead a team on technical, quality control and customer care professionals.

The ideal candidate will be from a technical or design background with solid experience of residential development. They must have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation skills and be a confident leader.
