Your new company
A long standing client of mine is seeking an experienced PPM and Projects Lead to join them on a permanent basis within their development and regen team. With a focus on ensuring that their properties are safe and effectively maintained they are expanding the team to build a skilled work force.
Your new role
You will be heavily involved with statutory compliance and will be familiar with contract management of lifts, alarms, HVAC etc as well as over seeing the contractors, scheduling tasks and checking the quality of works. On the building management side you will be dealing with Fire Safety, Legionella etc and will have responsibility of the project management of small/medium sized projects. including procurement. You will be a lead part of the team and will be key in contributing to the teams morale and drive.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a professional qualification in a relevant area ie FM, prince 2, RICS, CIOB etc, will have previously held a similar relevant role, you will be IT literate and a people person who can get involved with the team as well as handling your own work load.
