Planning Manager
East of England
KHA are delighted to be working closely with a leading House Builder who are now looking to add to the team with the appointment of a Planning Manager.
The role will be responsible for managing all divisional planning applications and land promotions, providing the management for all planning matters for the Land/Development department, assisting the Technical Department in clearance of conditions when required and driving the timely achievement of planning to assist the Division in achievement of Land acquisition targets.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be RTPI and/or RICS accreditation, 10 years’ experience with a local authority, house builder or private consultancy
- Be experienced in planning policy/DC and project management
- Posses excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Possess the ability to work on their own initiative, self manage and prioritise own workload and manage assistant.
- Be PC Literate.
