Job Details
Our client is leading Property Development company carrying out luxury residential schemes across London.
Due to their growth, we are looking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join their office in Wembley.
The successful candidate will have robust experience in all aspects of property management including:
- Preparing budgets
- Monitoring rent and service charge payments
- Review and negotiate all service contracts
- Prepare service charge statements
- Increasing residents satisfaction levels through improved communication and transparency of information
- Promoting RICS good practice on managed estates
You must have:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience and knowledge of lettings and property management
- A can do attitude and ability to take up all challenges
