We seek an experienced and dynamic innovator with the creativity and strategic vision and drive to lead the Department of Property Management and Development in the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment to develop our suite of excellent industry facing degrees, as well as to contribute more broadly to the leadership of the School. A commitment to academic excellence in teaching and practice and/or research, to innovative delivery of courses and a track record of collaboration and engagement with industry partners is essential.

As Head of the Department of Property Management and Development you will provide leadership to a committed group of academics covering areas including building surveying, property development, planning and real estate. You will be committed to working with industry and the professional bodies to ensure our students remain highly employable throughout their careers. Working closely with the Dean, Deputy Dean and School Associate Dean for Research, you will also contribute to the strategic leadership of the School particularly in relation to the School’s international agenda.
