Client side Property & Asset Manager

I am proudly collaborating with a highly established, West London based property development & management company. They are looking to expand their team with an experienced, qualified Senior Surveyor for their Property Asset Management team.

The business holds a varied, mixed commercial portfolio, consisting of offices, retail units, leisure and retail. The portfolio is predominantly focused in London and Home Counties, with some towards South East England.

The role provides the opportunity to move to the client side in a Property Management role which also provides the opportunity to gain experience across Asset Management due to the nature of the role and business.

You will be responsible for managing current assets within the portfolio and seeking out opportunities to increase value and acquisition prospects. Other aspects of the role include but are not limited to:

• Preparing new tenancy documentation
• Attending sites as required to deal with tenants, contractors, suppliers and inspections
• Dilapidations
• Lease consultancy
• Rating law, case law and procedures

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified with a minimum of two year's post qualified experience in commercial property/estate management.
