If you are looking for your next challenge in retail fit outs this may be the role for you. I have a national company looking to hire a Building Surveyor/Project Manager to manage their retail portfolio. The role will be Midlands initially, then rising to National as well as optional progression pathway. As a budget retailer this company is excelling where others are struggling in the sector, they have a pipeline of new store openings for you to run as well as maintenance, dilaps and other portfolio upkeep. You will also manage a small team of property professionals. With the magnitude of the role in mind candidates will ideally be a member of a chartered body and will need to have previous retail property experience. Ideal location along the M6 corridor to be able to reach head office within a reasonable commute for days when you are not onsite.
