Interim Quantity Surveyor on a 2-3 month contract
Your new company
You will be working for a large pubic sector organisation who are based in the Essex region. This is out of scope of IR35.
Your new role
As an Interim Quantity Surveyor you will be working on an existing consultancy contract on a large housing scheme. You will be valuing monthly payments and variations, agreeing new contracts and preparing all contract files for audit.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally need experience of working within the public sector and on residential projects. An ideal candidate will be MRICS and have relevant qualifications.
