Quantity Surveyor job in Deansgate! Are you ready for a supported but challenging role?!


Your new company is a small-medium consultancy with a modern, bright office that was established in the early 2000s. The company is looking for an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor that can hit the ground running for them as they have a lot of on-going business and have more to come!

Your new role will have you focusing on varying projects such as a waste recycling centre and the managing and tendering of contracts. You will be working with the Associate Director. Your day to day will include; producing bills, takeoffs and tendering. You will be based in the lovely St Ann Square surrounded by local amenities and coffee shops as well as the vibrant Deansgate area!

In order to succeed you will need to be either MRICS accredited or in your final year of your APC and have a sound technical knowledge of consultancy surveying.You will also need a valid driving license as some of your projects could take you to West Yorkshire and Cheshire.

In return for your hard work, you will be generously rewarded. With a salary of £35000-£40000, 25 days holiday, a contributory pension and healthcare. You will also have access to the City Car scheme for any travelling required whilst at work.
