It happens. You start a career, it's going well, and then you start to realise you don't want to do this for the rest of your life. That's normal.
Usually you have to go off and retrain at University, which can have time and money implications, especially if you have a family to support.
However, if you would like to be a quantity surveyor then this could work... if you don't know what a quantity surveyor is (or does) then go off and do a bit of research before applying!
A developer in Manchester is looking for someone very smart, VERY hardworking, and super enthusiastic to join their QS team. Full training given on the job, but it will be a steep learning curve so you'll need to show that you're smart, hardworking and enthusiastic from the start.
Ideally you might have some development experience, but not necessarily. Your degree might be in something else too, maybe Maths, Economics, Finance etc. It doesn't need to be property-related, but you do need to have a degree.
