Regional Land Manager, Housebuilding, Hampshire Base, Basic c£55,000 + Car + Bonus + Package

About the Client 
My client is a well-established residential-led developer who operate across London and the South East. They develop a wide range of projects from large-scale traditional housing to high-end projects to central London, high-rise developments, to refurbishment schemes. They now wish to appoint a Regional Land Manager who will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of projects across the South Coast, Hampshire and Surrey. The business will acquire sites both conditionally and unconditionally and has a highly entrepreneurial outlook. 

About the Role 
In this newly created role you will report to the Land Director and be responsible for developing the businesses footprint within the above area. Key aspects of the role are:

• Work your network to identify suitable development opportunities 
• Lead the early stage feasibility stage 
• Work with your colleagues within the wider business to establish acquisition parameters then secure site 
• Develop the businesses profile within the area

Personal Requirements 
You are an experienced Land Manager who has individually acquired sites and has a strong network of contacts within the target area. You are a self-starter who is professional and commercially minded. You are excellent at relationship building and able to see opportunity where others perhaps don’t. As the business grows there are excellent opportunities for career advancement.

As well as individuals who have the experience to undertake the role now, my client is also willing to consider candidates who have three year’s experience and the ability to grow into this role.
