Architect | London | £35,000pa+

Blayze Group are working with an established AJ100 Architecture studio in Central London who are looking for an Architect with broad experience across all RIBA work stages. Owing to recently won projects, they are hiring for a Residential & Affordable Housing experienced Architects. Current projects are in early design phases so this role has a particular focus on RIBA stages 1-3. This is an opportunity to input your design sensibilities in a studio that regularly receives awards for their work.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge working within a team and be confident at all stages. Large Residential/Commercial project experience is preferred. Our client works in Revit and AutoCAD, a knowledge of BIM processes to Level 2 standard is also preferred.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Working within a team of Architects, Technicians, and external consultants Develop design concepts based on the clients brief Preparing early concept designs for large scale UK developemnts Working to RIBA 1-3Manage more junior team members from time-to-time Liaise with consultants and external stakeholders Visit projects on site and liaise with contractors to ensure delivery

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience working on residential & commercial projects in the UK ARB or RIBA registered 3+ UK studio project experience Strong design knowledge Experience at front end design as well as technical delivery Excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Experience working on projects from concept to delivery Confident preparing planning, tender & construction drawings (sections, elevations, plans and details)
