Resolving landlord and tenant issues, responsibility for sub-let arrears management
Maintaining with administrative support data base changes, responding to client information
requests, portfolio budgeting
Liaising where necessary with the property accounts team
Undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals, drawing upon internal expertise when required
Assisting in annual asset valuation processes for clients
Working with other teams delivering for example, dilapidations, and agency services
Building good day to day relationships with clients
Assisting in identifying costs saving/ value add opportunities on managed properties
Identifying fee opportunities
Instructing solicitors where required
Involvement in Project related work
