A public sector organisation based in Nottinghamshire.

Your new role
You will be required to:

• Undertake Building Fabric Condition Surveys,
• Assist with the onsite management of projects and minor improvement works.
• Assist the Estates Manager with day to day management of the Multi Activity Contract.
• Write specifications and work schedules for cyclical maintenance tasks.
• Based on historical repairs, write detailed schedules of works for the renewal of the existing Multi Activity Contract.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified to at least HNC in a Building/Surveying/maintenance
• Hold relevant H&S accreditation.
• Have knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations.
• Be computer literate and have sound knowledge of all MS applications (MS Excel, Word etc.)
• Hold a clean driving licence and have own transport.
• Pass a DBS check

What you'll get in return
Temporary contract guaranteed until March 2020 with potential for extension.
