RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR 2 POSITIONS SOMERSET

A successful firm requires two additional residential valuation surveyors to join busy teams in two of its separate central Somerset locations.

As a Chartered Residential Valuation Surveyor you will undertake Mortgage Valuation work to support the UK's leading lenders and will be a qualified (preferably 3 years+ post qualification) RICS Member and Registered Valuer and will carry out both private and panel based residential valuations, as well as Homebuyer Reports and Building Condition Surveys.

This firm is looking for team players who are comfortable working independently and are self-motivated.

You will have the opportunity to handle both public and private sector work and, being a large operation, the firm work with a wide range of bank and SIPP panels (in addition to Help to Buy work). Therefore, the role will be varied, interesting and you will enjoy being part of a large and successful firm.
