About the Client
My client is a major residential developer who undertake a wide range of projects across the South East. These include major regeneration projects, traditional housing, inner London high-rise schemes and everything in-between including significant commercial components. They have significant strategic land holdings and ever keen to increase this portfolio.

About the Role
In this newly created role you will work closely with the land, planning and design teams, effectively focusing the business on geographical areas that will yield the best results for potential acquisitions. You will research local authority plans/5 year housing supply/monitor legal appeal decisions – feeding this “intelligence” into the land team’s acquisition programme. You will become a highly integral part of the wider business, really improving the efficiency of their search process.

Personal Requirements
You are a dynamic, hungry and enthusiastic individual who works well both as a member of the team and individually. You have a planning background (RTPI) with a preference for strategic land promotion. You have excellent research ability and work well with detail and process, spotting opportunity where others may have missed it.

This role would suit an individual with 2 years + of post qualification experience.
