A very well-regarded, boutique, and multi-disciplinary practice is looking for a number two to lead their Property Asset Management team here in London. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping lead the team, all the while providing the full roster of asset management duties, working on behalf of private clients.

Given the boutique nature of the company, the exposure and experience on offer is strong. The successful candidate will need to chip in wherever possible, working closely with the Leasing and Investment Agency teams. So rather than simply being siloed into any one particular department, you will gain broad multi-departmental experience, growing your roster of professional skills and qualities.

Given the nature of their clientele, predominantly private clients who don’t have their own asset management teams, the department provides the full scope of asset management duties, e.g. lease regears, refurbishments, and drafting and implementing capital expenditure projects. They have recently provided the refurbishment and asset management for:

• 26,000 sq ft multi-occupied office building with a rental income of £1,000,000
• 43,000 sq ft mixed-use building with a rental income of c. £2,000,000
• 21,000 sq ft multi-occupied office building with a rental income of c. 1,000,000

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Providing the full spectrum of asset management duties
• Assist the Head of Department with regards to all new and continuing business development opportunities
• Assist in leading the team on a day to day basis
• Work alongside and in unison with the Leasing and Investment Agency teams
• Perform the full roster of property management services on behalf of fund clients
