3-6 month contract job opportunity
Your new company
Your new company is a social housing organisation based in Cheshire who require a Building Surveyor with specialist expertise in Housing Disrepair.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to oversee section 11 disrepair cases from start to resolution. You will conduct pre and post joint inspections with the opposing Surveyor and will compile scott schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience of autonomously overseeing housing disrepair cases, ideally having represented the landlord prior.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a 3-6 month temporary contract and a competitive hourly rate of pay. You will also receive the statutory business mileage rate for any site visits.
