Investment / Asset Management Role - Opportunistic Property Company

Privately owned Property Company are expanding their portfolio and their team, and are looking for a bright and credible Investment Surveyor / Asset Manager looking for their first clientside move.

Their portfolio is mainly in London and the South, but also includes City Centre assets further afield and it’s completely mixed use, including Office, Retail, Hotels, Student Accommodation, Residential – everything apart from Industrial. They focus on opportunistic deals, buying prime and secondary assets as opposed to tertiary. The team are passionate about property and they buy buildings which need an intensive Asset Management approach, including lots of development and refurbishment work.

The role is to work as part of a small Asset and Investment Management team, across the entire portfolio, including Due Diligence on potential new investments, writing Investment Reports reports, and also being heavily involved in Asset Management activities, driving and maintaining value from the established portfolio through refurbishment, lease re-gears, changing tenant mix, driving letting campaigns and also producing marketing brochures, etc and working closely with the agents to ensure full occupancy. You'll also be involved in investment disposals work. 

They offer a great opportunity to carry out a very varied role in a fast paced environment, and join a small but growing team. Candidates must be MRICS, and will ideally have 6 – 18 months PQE. Experience should include working for a well reputed Advisory side firm with a rotation in Commercial Valuation, and either Investment or Agency/Leasing experience following qualification.
