Your new company
Based in East London this public-sector organisation are involved in one of the biggest regeneration projects within the East London area. The East London area is currently going through a major redevelopment and regeneration process and this organisation in partnership with the private sector, are looking to become one of the leaders in delivering projects which make a real difference.

They are currently looking to recruit a Property Consultant to aid the Regeneration and Affordable Homes team with general practice surveying advice. This will include but will not be limited to: Legal case law, land transfers, valuations, leasing agreements, H&S management, project management, site assembly, cabinet report and key decision writing.

Your new role
With a number of regeneration and development schemes in place you will be required to provide expert advice on implementation of new leases for new build and mixed-use schemes. You will also provide advice and direction on valuations and rental yields.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are a Chartered Surveyor and have experience of working directly for the public sector otherwise your application will not be considered for this role. In addition, you will need to have experience of leases, rent reviews and valuations within the property market.
