This role could appeal to those agents working for a large corporate who might be feeling that their career progression is not going in the direction as they wished and looking for their long term career aspirations that a Independant's partnership type of firm could offer.
The ideal agent will have a proven track record of experience in the lettings business, from managing successful team, winning business and development business strategies. The profile of the clients properties are mid to top end within the country markets, so the ability to work with these clients and have the empathy to forge client partnerships based on advice and service.
