Job Details
A global commercial real estate services consultancy requires a Senior Manager/Manager to join their advisory team in Riyadh. Although they have an office in Jeddah where the successful incumbent can eventually relocate to if desired. Responsibilities will include executing work within the Kingdom such as feasibility studies, cashflow analysis, highest and best use studies and financial modelling on behalf of external real estate developer clients. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience working within a similar role within the Middle East for another International Real Estate Advisory company or one for the big four. Strong profiles from outside of the Middle East will also be considered.
