Development Manager - Market-leading Private Developer

This multi award-winning private developer boasts one of the largest land-holdings in London, is synonymous with high-profile, innovative developments and has literally changed the shape of the capital’s skyline.

With several thousand residential units at various stages of delivery, our client is seeking to bolster their development team with further quality and seeks an experienced Development Manager developer to join this close-knit team. Specialists in high-volume, residentially-led, mixed-use schemes, all native to Central London, they seek a Development Manager whose profile squares well with their own. Schemes range from the more modest - numbering several hundred units - to several thousand at the other end of the scale.

With a wealth of institutional funding at their disposal and a pipeline rich with innovative and exciting schemes, our client’s ideal candidate will have prior experience of overseeing large, phased, urban regeneration schemes, ideally gained within Central London.

Although this is largely a delivery-focused role in the first instance, it will ultimately transition into a full life-cycle role, incorporating everything post-acquisition through to completion. A well-developed post-contract skillset is a must, while a good grasp of the pre-construction phases of the development life-cycle would be a bonus.

In addition to a competitive salary, the successful applicant will benefit from:

  • Working directly with the Project Director
  • Joining one of the UK’s most well-regarded developers
  • Acting as Lead on one of the UK’s most high-profile development
  • Working within a tight-knit team with an exceptional development pedigree
  • The opportunity to transition from a largely delivery-focused role to a more holistic capacity.

With a bustling pipeline, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a company where the right person can really make an impact.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000, dependent on experience.
