Job Details
You will be responsible for;
- managing, planning and coordinating the development and delivery of all marketing touch points for their projects across London. Including branding, collateral, signage, events and so on. - acting as first point of contact for all stakeholder management and JV partnerships.- implement short and long-term marketing strategies.- work closely with digital marketing teams to develop targeted, relevant digital campaigns that will deliver the right content to the appropriate audiences.- work closely with the sales teams and appointed sales agents to monitor the performance of marketing activity on a weekly and monthly basis, evaluate the success of campaigns and analyse data for future planning. - produce monthly marketing reports, JV reports and scheme evaluation reports. The ideal candidate will have;- proven track record or delivering effective marketing campaigns to drive profit and sales growth on time and within budget for multiple projects, within a very fast paced environment.
- proven experience of planning and delivering marketing collateral at managerial level within a challenging marketing environment. - knowledge and understanding of the UK house building market, product, competition etc. - a keen ability to develop compelling, audience relevant content.Company
