One of UK's leading residential property developers is looking to recruit established quantity surveying professionals who are interested in building luxury residential property. The developer's name is a premium brand and widely recognised for excellent quality, design and service and is a multi-award winning FTSE company.

The Commercial Academy is a structured programme run through a selection of the groups operating companies, where you will undertake a specific fast track 3-month programme and be mentored by senior Commercial Directors across the Group. Upon successful completion of the programme you will join one of the brands and go on to manage and develop projects on some of London and the South East's most prestigious new homes.

Although no previous residential property experience is necessary and applications are welcome from non-traditional sectors, candidates will have experience within a commercial environment. You will appreciate the importance of design of a premium product and understand the importance of design and managing relationships through the life cycle of a project. Additionally, the right attitude/personality and passion are considered key traits for success.

This opportunity will lead you onto being responsible for managing a project from a commercial management perspective on developments within the operating company.
