Project Manager required for commercial main contractor

You will be working for a commercial main contractor with an extremely strong pipeline of work both regionally and nationally.

Your new role

As project manager you will be reporting directly in to the construction director and will hold a key operational position with the company.

With responsibility for either multiple projects or singular large scale projects you will be capable of producing programmes of work, health & safety policies and effectively managing large on-site teams and sub-contractors.

Projects typically range in value from £10m up to £50m.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have an extensive background of working as a project manager within a commercial main contractor.

An evidenced track record of successful project delivery throughout your career will be essential to be considered for this role.

Your organisational skills, man-management and commercial acumen will all be exemplary and you will be able to clearly communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will be extremely detail-oriented and be capable of articulating the finer details of previous projects in interview.
