Your new organisation
Your new organisation is a Social Housing provider based in South Wales who are looking to recruit a Senior Surveyor on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new role as a Senior Surveyor will report into the Head of Property and contribute towards management of a small team of Surveyors, specialising in domestic maintenance projects on the assets including tenanted properties and empty properties.

Assist in the development of the routine collation of stock condition survey information, to develop planned maintenance programme and to feed in to Asset Management strategy.

Develop good working relationships with all sub-contractors and partnering organisation relating to empty properties and gas servicing/repair to ensure well maintained properties, good working practices and compliance with company objectives.

Assist in ensuring that surveys in relation to energy performance of the company's stock are carried out and that EPC's are produced in accordance with current legislative requirements to all newly let properties and that statistics in relation to the energy efficiency of the stock is available.

What you'll need to succeed

• Have an HNC/HND in surveying/construction or substantial relevant experience
• Demonstrate experience of budget & resource planning and monitoring
• Knowledge of legislation and best practice regarding housing and property services
• Experienced in social housing environment
• Good customer skills
• Full driving licence
