Senior Land Manager / Director – Buckinghamshire – House Builder

About the Client
My client is a privately owned house builder who produce approx 100 design led units per annum across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. They have aspirations to increase output to 300 units per annum (£100m turnover) and as such require a proven Senior Land Manager (or Director) to help acquire further developments. 
They have good financial strength and they are led by a strong team of tried and tested house building / residential develop professionals. 

About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for buying land for short to medium return. 
There is a land team already in place and the Managing Director is also proficient in the acquisition of profitable schemes. This appointment is to boost the buying power of the company even further and as they have the funding in place to grow. 

Personal Requirements

• You are a down to earth and personable character who is able to work either on their own or as part of a team.
• You are either a Land Manager looking for that next step up, a Senior Land Manager seeking more independence / autonomy or a Land Director in need of a new challenge. Either way, this is an opportunity where you will see the tangible results of your efforts. 
• As an experienced land professional you are an outstanding negotiator and deal maker and have an extensive network of contacts within the target area mentioned above.
