Job Details
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Economic or finance-related degree
- 4-5 years property development experience
- Solid property experience, ideally across two or more of retail, offices, residential and logistics
- Track record in analysis of real estate development
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Argus Investor, Argus Developer
- Excellent qualitative analysis skills evidenced by prior work achievements
- Experience of real estate valuations is desirable
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to produce well thought through, clearly laid out and expressed schedules and papers
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally effectively
- Gravitas and ability to have a view and influence
- Good numeric and writing skills and competent in the use of IT including appropriate software packages (Project, Excel etc)
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
- Curiosity and desire to improve.
