Job Details
The Client:
An entrepreneurial property investment business based in Central London with £6bn of property assets under management
The Role:
- To assist the Head of Asset Management in the administration of a pan European mixed portfolio of assets.
- The role of Asset Management Administrator is to assist the functioning of asset management, working principally alongside the Asset Managers and acquisitions team
- Undertaking quarterly reporting on fund performance
- Managing the external valuation processes for year end
- Organising all internal and external meetings within the asset management function
- Quarterly investor reporting Ensuring sign-off of reports and filing (project and finance department)
What we’re looking for:
- An experienced administrator, ideally from a commercial property background
- Organised and efficient with the ability to review documentation and reports on various property asset management matters
