Job Details

Hugely exciting clientside opportunity to work for a company with significant land holdings across the UK. They have a number of large and complex sites at various stages of the development life cycle, and are expanding their Land and Development team. The role will focus on one of their out of town sites, but headquartered in London, and they deliver a mix of residential, commercial and retail as well as associated infrastructure. The wider team cover a broad range of activities including land acquisitions, planning, design, valuation through to delivery management so it’s a great opportunity to gain experience across the full development life cycle. 

Requirements:

  • They are looking for someone with at least two years demonstrable Development or Land experience, and it’s essential that this includes Land Sales or Acquisitions work.
  • They run very complicated tenders, and it’s vital that this person has experience carrying out contract negotiations with house builders, ideally with experience of running development appraisals and the development numbers.
  • Candidates don’t need to be MRICS, but it would be helpful.
  • They are looking for someone with a real passion for property and the development of fantastic schemes and communities people are excited about living in.
  • Ideal candidates will have either existing clientside experience, or experience in a well respected development team on the advisory side.
