Client Side Property Asset Manager

I am collaborating with a brand-new player in the Real Estate industry. They are a property company, taking on a technology led and innovative approach to property and places. The business specialises in Development & Investment and Property Asset Management across mixed residential and commercial.

You will be joining a new start up which is headed up by key leaders in the industry who have set out to break the mould. We are seeking an individual at Surveyor level who is looking to make their move into a Senior Surveyor role, within their Property Asset Management Team.

You will be responsible for the strategic property and asset management of three large, grade A mixed Residential developments from a prestigious developer. The role will involve direct client liaison and management and working strategically to add value to the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified with experience in A-grade Residential Management. You will need to be client facing, driven and passionate. Experience in compliance and service charge is essential.
