Commercial Leasing Agent (client-side move)

Our client is a property investment and development company and require a Leasing Manager to focus on maximising the opportunities within their commercial office estate.  The business has a significant portfolio of good quality commercial assets throughout the South East in key towns and regions surrounding London. 

We are looking for an Asset manager who is keen to focus on commercial leasing activity or an Agency Leasing professional who would be keen to move into a client-side role and take on leasing and wider asset management responsibilities. 

This role is to reporting to the Real Estate Director, responsible for developing and implementing the plans and strategies to enhance the asset portfolio value.  You will prepare Asset Plans and marketing strategies, lead and drive the Letting Agents and Marketing teams to attract and retain tenants and minimise voids. Other responsibilities include:-

• Support pre-acquisition due diligence and preparation of Development Plans
• Manage new Tenant lease negotiations
• Support L&T Relationship Managers in ongoing Tenant relationships management
• Develop branding and marketing strategies for new and existing assets
• Ensure development plans deliver market and expectations and maximise revenue potential
• Prepare and present monthly reports on activities

You will have either an Asset Management background or solid commercial leasing agency experience.  We are looking for professional and driven candidates with the confidence to take ownership of the asset management function and a strong commercial approach to lettings negotiations is required.  The business has a good reputation for supporting and developing staff and a very collaborative working environment.
