I am recruiting for a Property Administrator to work for a real estate company which owns and invests in mainly industrial and commercial property in the north Manchester region. They have a multi-million pound portfolio which they are looking to double over the next couple of years and so this offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will need to be from a property/real estate background with specific knowledge of facilities management or utilities. Sage experience is also a MUST HAVE, along with excellent administration skills to be able to keep up with their planned growth and investment.
