Are you an experienced Planning professional, ready to lead on projects and hve the support of 2 Senior Planners? Want to help run and grow a successful business, from the comfort of your own home?
A niche consultancy that offer a range of services to their clients, helping them to achieve positive development, is looking to appoint an Associate Planner or Director to take charge of Planning projects on their behalf. With the support of Senior Planners, working with internal colleagues across numerous disciplines as well as external architects and clients, you will be vital in helping the expansion of the company as they look to develop Planning as an added service within the business.
As an Associate or Director, you will be mentoring junior colleagues, checking work and assisting them where necessary, maintaining strong relationships internally and externally and pursuing new business opportunities to ensure the Planning arm of the company continues to grow.
With 8-15 years' experience, you should be a chartered member of the RTPI, have worked in the private sector and have a fantastic understanding of the UK planning system. You will be an ambitious and driven individual who is passionate about the industry and eager to help run the new arm of a business that already attracts substantial amounts of Planning work.
The company is a small multi-disciplinary practice and have achieved some fantastic results since their creation almost 10 years ago. There will be further expansion in the future as they continue to build an impressive client portfolio and continue to deliver strong results on complex projects.
