Development / Investment Analyst

My client is a leader in construction and development in the UK, with developments nationwide and is a highly respected and established name in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work client-side as an Analyst within their highly successful Investment Team who are very active in acquiring land for new developments. The role will see you working out of their offices in a top West End location.

The ideal candidate will enjoy a buy side role supporting the team in the Acquisition of land for Student Accommodation and Build to Rent developments, paying particular attention to their divestment activities associated with disposals; analysing the market and running numbers to assist the team with the eventual sale.

We are looking for someone who is an expert with numbers, who can run models using Excel and who is both comfortable and confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
