Strategic property surveyor
1 year FTC

Your new company
One of my key clients in Oxfordshire is looking for a Strategic property surveyor to join them on a 1 year FTC basis, although my client is also open to a hourly rate contract IF the individual can commit to a lengthy time period.
Your new role
You will be joining a team where you will be a pivotal part of the development, infrastructure and regeneration schemes that are currently underway. As part of this role you will also be reviewing the investment strategy and property assets within the portfolio, working with colleagues and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a RICS qualified surveyor, with previous experience in dealing with significant sized development and regen projects. You will hold a valid UK driving license and ideally be available fairly quickly.
