Interim Senior Development Manager

Keen to speak with Senior Development Managers for an interim role based in London.

My client, a public sector organisation, requires an individual who is able to hit the ground running, in driving two commercial projects - leading the Corporate Development and Strategic Management of their property through Disposal and Development Agreement.

Main responsibilities will include appraisal of development sites, advising on briefs, planning applications and marketing of properties with granting of development leases. You will need to have knowledge and understanding of evaluation of procurement and delivery options, and be able to lead on the development of client-side requirements.

You must be competent in negotiating head of terms for all supporting agreements to the development cycle including development agreements; licences for access/alterations; and leases.

Essential experience:

• Commercial Property experience within a LA
• Stakeholder management - in working with commercial advisors when required
• Knowledge of Development Agreements - for instructing solicitors to completion.
