Surveyor - Lease Advisory

Our client is a top 25 UK property consultancy with a reputation lasting 100 years. Due to successful growth they are now looking for a Lease Advisory Surveyor to join their Bristol Head Office.

Based in Bristol, this multi-disciplinary practice is now looking for a Surveyor to join the Lease Advisory department, ensuring that clients’ properties are generating the highest possible rental revenue. Their portfolio consists of offices, industrial or retail within the Greater Bristol area, and nationally for specific retained clients.

Role & Responsibilities

- Undertake Lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures
- Preparing lease renewal and rent review reports
- Reporting to clients on the condition of their property
- Review and summarise leases
- Property inspections
- Negotiating with landlords and agents
- Preparing settlement reports
- Instructing solicitors
- Development of fee income
- Business Development

Skills & Experience Required

- Commercial Surveying background is essential 
- Successful track record in a Lease Advisory role
- Commercial property background
- Understanding of current UK legislation
- Full and clean UK driving licence

- £30,000 – £45,000 + Bonus (£2,000 – £5,000) + Car/Car allowance (£3,000 – £5,000)
