Job Details
Unique opportunity as an Investment Analyst to join an industry-leading, residential investment and Built-to-Rent specialist and to play a key role in the investment and on-going financial performance of Build-to-Rent assets. The Analyst will support senior members of staff in interactions with key partners, including joint venture partners, senior lenders, vendors and other real estate professionals. Responsibilities include supporting the Investment and Finance team in the research, analysis and execution of new investments alongside strategic financial management and reporting initiatives on holdings.
Key requirements are:
- Excellent academic background with two years’ experience in a real estate investment or development firm
- First-rate quantitative and technical skillset, including adeptness in financial modelling;
- Competency based financial modelling test to be undertaken as part of the role;
- Team-orientated individual comfortable working in a meritocratic, flat corporate structure;
- Self-motivated, energetic and passionate about real estate and the Build-to-rent sector.
- Positive attitude and pragmatic approach to problem-solving;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Recently qualified ACA or CFA preferable.
