Interior Fit-Out Contracts Manager

Your new company

Your new company are a very forward thinking and agile main contractor within the fit-out and refurbishment sector.

They offer full design through to install service with a focus on commercial refurbishment and office fit-outs.

Due to company growth they are looking for a contracts manager to ensure all projects are completed to the required high standard, on time and within budget.

Your new role

As contracts manager you will primarily be covering projects along the M62 corridor with a focus on Manchester & Leeds.

You will oversee all aspects of the build process from tender through to client handover and subsequent aftercare / snagging.

Appointing and managing effective relationships with sub-contractors will be a key aspect of this role to ensure standards and commercial viability are maintained.

As a key member of the companies management team your communication with both internal and external stakeholders will be exemplary.

You will have the ability to manage projects on a commercial as well as an operational basis and will hold accountability for this.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record of successful project delivery within a similar environment with a focus on attaining a high quality, bespoke finish.

Your commercial awareness and ability to complete projects within schedule and budget will be essential in this role.

With the nature of projects being incredibly challenging and fast paced you will have a can-do, hands on approach and the flexibility to ensure a jobs gets done.
