I am currently representing a prominent, multi family office who specialise in BTR. Due to recent UK growth, they are looking for someone who can source, appraise and acquire schemes to the companies portfolio, whether a land led opportunity or an existing asset. This individual will report directly into the CIO, but will be given autonomy to acquire schemes.
The candidate is likely to have:
- Over 5 years experience working in Real Estate investment
- Significant exposure to the BTR market
- A proven track record of acquiring BTR sites
Salary - £80,000 - £100,000 plus bonus portfolio, whether a land led opportunity or an existing asset. This individual will report directly into the CIO, but will be given autonomy to acquire schemes.
