Job Details
You will be working for a niche property consultancy whose clients include some of the biggest household names.
One of the biggest attractions of this opportunity is you will be joining an established building consultancy team where you will have significant responsibility and operate right across the broad spectrum of building consultancy.
Your day to day responsibilities will include core building surveying functions such as dilapidations, party wall, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, and contract administration.
You will also be encouraged to undertake business development, a function left to Associate or Director level. Gaining your own client relationships will be of huge benefit to your long-term career development as a building surveyor.
It is ideal that you are MRICS so you can sign off your own work.
