We are currently working with one of the most well-known mixed-use Property Developers in London looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor (3-5 years' experience)
The role will be reporting in to the Senior Commercial Manager and looking after a residential development with 1200 apartments, a new retail high street and all built on top of a new station. valued at over £900m. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in to a role to build your career.
The successful candidate will:
- Have great stakeholder management
- Perform risk and value management and cost control.
- Identifying, analysis and developing responses to commercial risks
- Advising on procurement strategy
- Allocating work to subcontractors
