New opportunity for a Manchester city centre Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding consultancy!
Your new company
Your new company is an established Consultancy based in Manchester city centre. With offices in London, Manchester and mainland Europe, you will be surrounded by a wealth of industry knowledge and experience! The firm offers quantity and building surveying as well project management services. With some major companies including blue chip clients and are looking to expand their Manchester office. Projects in the North has focused on office fit outs and project monitoring.
Your new role
Your new role will have you hitting the ground running from your first day! As a PQS for this firm, your responsibilities will be varied and interesting. No one day is the same as the last! It would be a really exciting time to join the company as you can be instrumental to the growth of the organisation in the North West.
Based near Piccadilly Gardens, you are a 5 minute walk from public transport links and NCPs as well as all amenities such as the Arndale!
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, ideally you will be MRICS credited however the organisation is open to people who are studying their APC. If you are driven, keen to learn and ambitious- you are the right person for the role! If you are Chartered, then your experience will be around building experience and have office fit out knowledge.
What you'll get in return
In return for working hard at this established organisation, you will be rewarded with a competitive industry package including a salary of £30000+ depending on experience.
