We are currently working with a major developer looking for someone to make the transition from a career in main contracting delivering landmark buildings including hand-over for either residential, retail or commercial.
The role will be reporting to the clients' project director on a £1 billion mixed use development.
Joining the developer, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the pressures on main contractors, sub contractors or trade contractors so that you can enable them to deliver a first class project.
Building a cohesive and high-performing team is essential to this developer who wants to ensure all aspects of the professional team are focused on the end goal of delivering the project, on time, budget and with the highest customer satisfaction.
