A leading property firm with an outstanding reputation for first class service has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a 3-6-month contract role for a Senior Surveyor/Associate Director level Retail Property Management Surveyor based in Bristol.

You will undertake property and asset management of shopping centres for a large property company with assets across the UK. This opportunity will involve go through a number of service charge and reconciliations for a specific project.

Ideally, we are looking for a Senior Surveyor to Associate level candidate who is RICS qualified or equivalent. You need to have current service charge and property management experience within the retail/shopping centre sector.
