Surveyor - Commercial Agency - W1

Chartered Agency Surveyor – London – Up to £38,000 Per Annum  

A leading property consultancy is looking to expand their Agency Team by recruiting a Surveyor who has exposure to either Retail or Development agency exposure.   

The successful candidate must have experience within the commercial agency market and will be involved in acquiring and disposing of properties in London. 

The Role:

• Commercial property marketing and acquisitions with a retail and development bias.
• Responding efficiently and effectively to enquires from clients and applicants
• Preparing Marketing literature
• Understanding of L&T, Valuation and Management would be advantageous
• Building internal and external relationships
• Liaising with several other departments to ensure delivery of all relevant services to the properties and to the client

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in retail agency & development
• Knowledge and experience of lettings, disposal and acquisitions processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good attention to detail, with a strong numerical and written ability
• Able to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions & recommendations
